Clients may cancel a service within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase. If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund as work may have already commenced.

Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours (1 day) of purchasing the service. The refund process will be initiated within 7-10 business days after approval.
